Die Weinkorken werden auf Ihre Endma\u00dfe (Durchmesser und L\u00e4nge) geschliffen und nach den verschiedenen Qualit\u00e4ten sortiert. Schlie\u00dflich werden sie gewaschen, getrocknet, nach Qualit\u00e4ten aussortiert, mit der Marke und dem Logo der Kellereien versehen und mit Silikon behandelt.<\/p>\n<p>Verwendung: f\u00fcr Weine mit langer Lebensdauer. Dichte: bis zu 15 Jahren je nach Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Kolmatierte Korken sind Naturkorken einer schw\u00e4cheren Qualit\u00e4t, deren Poren mit einem Gemisch aus Korkstaub und Lebensmittel vertr\u00e4glichem Bindemittel gestopft sind damit ein Auslaufen des Weines verhindert wird.<\/p>\n<p><b>Presskorken<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Restmaterial das bei der Herstellung von Naturkorken anf\u00e4llt, wird gemahlen und mit Polyurethan gebunden in Stangen gepresst. Die Stangen werden auf den gew\u00fcnschten Durchmesser rektifiziert, in der gew\u00fcnschten L\u00e4nge der Weinkorken geschnitten und auf das Endmass geschliffen.<\/p>\n<p>Verwendung: f\u00fcr Weine mit kurzer Lebensdauer. Die Korken werden auf ihr Endma\u00df geschliffen und gewaschen. Verwendung: Schaumweine. Dichte: 3-4 Jahre<\/p>\n<p><b>1+1 Korken<br \/>\n<\/b>Ein Presskorkk\u00f6rper (siehe Presskorken) wird an beiden Enden mit einer Naturkorkscheibe versehen. Die Korken werden auf ihr Endma\u00df geschliffen und anschlie\u00dfend gewaschen. Verwendung f\u00fcr Weine mit mittlerer Lebensdauer. Dichte 10-18 Monate.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben eine biotechnologische M\u00f6glichkeit gefunden, Korken zu reinigen. Und zwar porentief rein.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Von der Natur gelernt<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.korkland.it\/start2015\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/k-bild-3.jpg\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-116\" src=\"http:\/\/www2.korkland.it\/start2015\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/k-bild-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"148\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.korkland.it\/start2015\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/k-bild-3-300x43.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.korkland.it\/start2015\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/k-bild-3-768x111.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.korkland.it\/start2015\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/k-bild-3.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In Gegenwart von Luftsauerstoff lassen sich Phenole mit Phenoloxidasen oxidieren und kondensieren. So entstehen Gerbstoffe (Phlobaphene), die in die Zellstruktur eingelagert werden und den Geruch und Geschmack der bitteren, gerbenden und adstringierenden Phenole nicht mehr aufweisen. Mit den Polyphenololoxidasen hat uns die Natur eine M\u00f6glichkeit aufgezeigt, um den von ihr \u201ebewusst\u201c beschrittenen Weg, nicht polymerisierte Substanzen zum Schutz der der Pflanzen einzulagern, zu Ende zu gehen und diese Polymerisation zu vollenden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Enzymbehandlungen erschaffen Korken ohne Phenolt\u00f6ne<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Da die freien Phenole, die nat\u00fcrlicherweise zum Kork geh\u00f6ren, geschmacklich intensiv sein k\u00f6nnen und Vorl\u00e4ufer f\u00fcr weitere geruchlich negative Substanzen sind, k\u00f6nnen sie auch in den Wein \u00fcbergehen. Die w\u00e4ssrig-alkoholische L\u00f6sung Wein vermag die Phenole und auch andere Substanzen zu l\u00f6sen, beeinflussen ihn dann aber negativ. Je mehr Phenole sich in dem Korkmaterial befinden und je besser der Wein in den Kork einzudringen vermag, desto intensiver die Beeinflussung. Auch ein nasser Kork ist dann stets ein Teil des Weins, dessen Inhaltsstoffe durch Extraktion und anschlie\u00dfende Diffusion die negativen Eindr\u00fccke auf den Wein \u00fcbertragen. Eine Enzymbehandlung, die den Korken biotechnologisch reinigt, ist die L\u00f6sung: Dabei werden die Phenole, die als Vorstufe des Korktonverursachers gelten, aus dem Korken entfernt und so ver\u00e4ndert, dass der gef\u00fcrchtete Korkton nicht mehr auftritt.<\/p>\n<p><b>Der Weg zur reinen Verschlussache<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Die Enzymbehandlung kombiniert eine Extraktion des Korks durch eine wein\u00e4hnliche Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit einer Polymerisation der freien Phenole \u2013 ein Vorgang, der auch in der Natur so stattfindet. Damit die Phenoloxidase optimal wirken kann, erfolgt die Extraktion der Phenole in einem zweist\u00fcndigen Wasserbad<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>mit drei verschiedenen Vorg\u00e4ngen. Mit dieser Enzymbehandlung werden jetzt schon bei der Waschung viele sch\u00e4dliche Bestandteile aus dem Korken gel\u00f6st, die sonst erst in der Flasche mit dem Weinalkohol ausgewaschen wurden. Die Enzymbehandlung eliminiert alle N\u00e4hstoffe der Phenole, sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Korken absolut staubfrei sind und unterbindet somit eine weitere Entwicklung. Dabei werden die positiven pyhsikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften, die das Korkmaterial unverzichtbar f\u00fcr das Verschlie\u00dfen von Weinflaschen machen, ohne Qualit\u00e4tsverlust beibehalten.
